This Privacy Policy explains how AISGH, LLC handles information in connection with our website, CRM software, and customer communications.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AISGH, LLC ("AISGH," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you visit our website, contact us, or use our CRM software solutions and related services (the "Services"). It applies to information about visitors, prospective customers, account users, and people who communicate with us. It does not replace a separate notice that may apply to a specific feature. Our business address is 5046 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, FL 33624. You may contact us through the Contact page.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you interact with us, you may provide your name, business name, email address, telephone number, account details, and the contents of messages you send. If you submit a request through a form, we collect the information shown in that form and any information you choose to include. Please provide information that is accurate and do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information unless a feature specifically requests it and explains why.

3. Information collected through use

When you visit or use the Services, our systems may receive technical and usage information such as your internet protocol address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and interactions with site features. This information helps us operate the website, understand performance, diagnose errors, protect the Services, and improve usability. We do not use these details to make a decision about you in a context unrelated to the Services.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that support essential site functions, remember preferences, measure site activity, or help protect against misuse. Your browser may allow you to block or remove cookies. Some features may not work as intended if you disable technologies needed for them. If we add optional tracking technologies, we will provide any choices or notices required by applicable law.

5. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services; respond to questions; create and administer accounts; communicate about a request or account; personalize or improve features; monitor reliability; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, security incidents, and misuse; enforce our agreements; comply with law; and protect the rights, safety, and property of AISGH, users, and others. We may also use information to send service announcements or other communications where permitted, subject to your available choices and applicable law.

6. Text messaging information

If you provide a mobile number and separately choose to opt in to text messages, we use your number and consent information to administer the AISGH messaging program and send the service-related messages described in our SMS Terms. Text messages may concern receipt confirmations, request-status updates, account notices, and customer-service replies. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, service, or account access. Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

7. Mobile information and consent privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Opt out of receiving text messages at any time by sending STOP.

8. When we disclose information

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process; to protect users, the public, or our legal rights; to investigate suspected fraud or security issues; or to enforce our agreements. If AISGH is involved in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

9. No third-party request routing

AISGH provides its CRM software solutions directly. We do not use the information you provide to refer, match, or route you to an unaffiliated provider for that provider to offer a separate service. If you follow a link to a website or service that AISGH does not operate, that third party's privacy practices govern its collection and use of information. We encourage you to review its policy before providing information.

10. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, maintaining business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of information, how it is used, and applicable requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to technical and legal limitations.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you believe an account or communication has been used without authorization.

12. Your choices and communications

You may ask us to update contact details or stop non-essential communications by using the Contact page. For text messages, reply STOP to a message to withdraw consent; reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not prevent us from sending a non-marketing communication where permitted or necessary to administer an existing account or meet a legal obligation. Email preference links, when included, may be used to manage the relevant email communications.

13. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to receive a portable copy, or to opt out of certain processing recognized by law. You may exercise an applicable request through our Contact page. We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. If we deny a request, you may use the Contact page to ask us to review the decision where applicable law provides an appeal.

14. Children

The Services are intended for business and adult users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us through the Contact page so we can review and take appropriate steps.

15. External links and other services

Our website may contain links to websites or resources operated by other organizations. A link does not mean that AISGH controls or endorses those services. We are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. Information you submit directly to another organization is governed by that organization's terms and privacy notice.

16. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as our Services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective or revised date. A change applies from its posted effective date unless the notice states otherwise. Please review this page periodically to understand our current practices.
